  10.     I have down loaded emx/gcc 2.2.2 from hobbes for OS/2.  I see that

  14. newer versions of gcc are available as source code.  Is it as simple
  15. as downloading the new source code and compiling it with my current 
  16. gcc?  What about the include files?
