- Hi,
- from time to time I read about a bug in epoch which is referred to
- as 'Infinite beep mode': A message 'Marker does not point anywhere' is
- displayed in the minibuffer, and the bell is rung forever.
-
- This bug happens quite often with Epoch 4.2.1 on a DECstation
- (Ultrix 4.2A and X11R5). I can stop this 'mode' only by killing Epoch.
- My questions: What is the state of the discussion and is there a bug fix
- available?
-
- Any help appreciated
-
- Thanks
