  13. I have installed emacs from gnuemacs.18.51 on my Dec500/240, but
  14. couldn't read the tinny font. I have tryed several methods to changed
  15. the font by putting
  16.     emacs*font:      8x13
  17. in .Xdefaults file, or
  18.     (x-set-font   "8x13")
  19. in  .emacs file, or run emacs by
  20.     emacs -font lucidasanstypewriter-bold-12
  21. , neither works. My machine says
  22.     Xserver unable to find requested font 'lucidasanstypewriter-bold-12'.
