- In GNU Emacs 18.58.1 of Fri Oct 23 1992 on tramp (berkeley-unix)
-
- bug description
- under gnu-emacs 18.58.1
- using an aaa-60 terminal with the changes suggested from gnu's /etc/termcap
-
- when I use C-S or C-R searches
- if the next key I hit sends an esc the esc is lost
- else if the next key I hit is a meta key then it works fine
- else any other key works fine
-
- Example key sequence is
- C-S .... finds and moves to the specified string
- E-f inserts f in buffer
-
- C-S ....
- M-f moves point appropriately
-
- This is not a function of typing speed
- Where should I start looking?
