  26.     I called UUNET up myself on Sunday.  UUNET is usually down
  27. until 2pm, but this Sunday it took longer.  I spoke to Eric and he
  28. said they were performing a System Upgrade.  This would explain
  29. things.  It went back up at around 8 or 9pm.  It would be nice if
  30. they would have announced it on uunet.general or some such.
