  16. Sorry to use the fj group, I just can't find any other 386bsd newsgroup
  17. in my site. If you can help please send me a message in English, I haven't
  18. been able to read Japanese well yet.

  20. I am trying to install 386bsd in my Compaq LTE Lite/25 with 4MB memory
  21. and 120MB HD. I have a dos primary partition, which uses 30 MB, I intend
  22. to use the rest for 386bsd. I also have a desktop expension which i intend
  23. to install another bigger HD in the future.

  25. Now i ftped the bootables dist.fs and fixit.fs from my sparc, copied it
  26. to my compaq, and rawrite it to a flopy disk. when i tried to boot it
  27. up, after the memory test, the floppy drive's light appears, and the 
  28. screen will blink(as if the alt+crt+del keys are depressed). then everything
  29. start all over again, memory test and it goes on like this.

  31. Can anyone tell me what could be the problem? your help is appreciated.
