  21. I posted yesterday asking why the example on page 28 of Asente-Swick (X
  22. Window System Toolkit) is not working for me. I couldn't find Pushbutton.h

  24. One very kind person from Taiwan (thanks) emailed me that example sources
  25. for the book are available from anonymous ftp, as mentioned on page 929.
  26. Having picked these sources up, I trieed to make the stuff, and not even the
  27. first thing compiles.

  29. I'm getting all sorts of errors, e.g.,

  38. Surely someone has got the program on page 28 working by now. Will anyone

  42. it's an easy one, but I really wouldn't mind even the most inane suggestions.
