  16. In Tokyo you should stay at Kimi Ryokan in Ikebukero.  STAY AWAY from
  17. Okubo House; while it's only Y2000 a night (or was) it's filthy and
  18. crowded and the owner sprays disinfectant on you just after lights out
  19. (I kid you not).  Kimi, OTOH, is (or was) Y5000 a night, and you get a
  20. nice, clean, air-conditioned room.  I don't have any address or phone
  21. number, but the koban (police box) on the west side of Ikebukero station
  22. has (or had) directions for it (a flier, as I recall).  This information
  23. is 2 years old, but should still be fairly accurate.
