  24. Even when those attempts are being made by the same people who have
  25. stated openly that they aim to ban all handguns, and want severe
  26. restrictions on other weapons as well?  Seems like prudence to me, not
  27. paranoia.  When someone wants the whole pie, you don't stand idly by
  28. while they take pieces.

  44. of the offence" as a method which was somehow obviously superior to
  45. after the fact punishment.
