  27.   RUN, do not walk away from this place!  My SO and I went to 
  28. visit this place (one of those "come look at our place and we'll
  29. give you a gift" direct mail deals, and we had nothing else to do
  30. that weekend.)  At the time, I was still in college, and yet between
  31. the two of us we qualified for the "deluxe tour" because our
  32. income was above $25,000.  This place is a glorified trailer park,
  33. with a few cottages.  We got to tour the cottages, otherwise, on the
  34. pauper tour you only get to look at trailer spots.  No kidding!
  35. The clientele was really scary--mostly a bunch of hicks (in trailers)
  36. and the amenities were pretty cheezy.  There is a lake there, and 
  37. a few hiking trails, as well as a clubhouse and gym--but nothing
  38. of any great quality.  They were of course pressuring us to buy
  39. that day--at about $10,000.  I was too polite to tell them what
  40. I really thought--that you could give this away and I wouldn't
  41. want to own it.  They finally just gave us our gas grill and $25
  42. and we left.  The gas grill was this really cheezy thing that looked
  43. like a major fire hazard.  The box it came in was smaller than that
  44. of a habachi.  You might be able to grill 2 hamburgers on it if
  45. you're lucky, and the propane was not included.
