  15. I posted yesterday asking why the example on page 28 of Asente-Swick (X
  16. Window System Toolkit) is not working for me. I couldn't find Pushbutton.h

  18. One very kind person from Taiwan (thanks) emailed me that example sources
  19. for the book are available from anonymous ftp, as mentioned on page 929.
  20. Having picked these sources up, I trieed to make the stuff, and not even the
  21. first thing compiles.

  23. I'm getting all sorts of errors, e.g.,
