- Hi,
-
- I posted yesterday asking why the example on page 28 of Asente-Swick (X
- Window System Toolkit) is not working for me. I couldn't find Pushbutton.h
-
- One very kind person from Taiwan (thanks) emailed me that example sources
- for the book are available from anonymous ftp, as mentioned on page 929.
- Having picked these sources up, I trieed to make the stuff, and not even the
- first thing compiles.
-
- I'm getting all sorts of errors, e.g.,
- gcc -O -c -I/usr/openwin/share/include BarDisplay.c
-
- In file included from BarDisplaP.h:32, from BarDisplay.c:29:
- GraphDispP.h:43: parse error before `ObjectPart'
- GraphDispP.h:43: warning: no semicolon at end of struct or union
- GraphDispP.h:45: parse error before `}'
- GraphDispP.h:45: warning: data definition lacks type or storage class
-
- Surely someone has got the program on page 28 working by now. Will anyone
- who has a clue please email it to me? Or post it, it's ok with me either way.
-
- I know the faq file says not to jump in and answer every question just because
- it's an easy one, but I really wouldn't mind even the most inane suggestions.
-
-
- thanx in advance
