- Actually mwm is one of the few window managers which isn't free, olwm is
- freely available as part of the xview package. There are dozens of free
- window managers ( well more than one dozen anyway).

- There are a few variants which support virtual screens, and are otherwise
- like their parent program. I can't offer much advise with regard to the
- original question, because I happen to like twm ( I've already spent the
- hours hacking it into shape), I just wish it had a better control
- language to allow me to have the menu scripts responds to program return
- codes, etc ( any hints out there?).
