  12. I am trying to use xdm on a DECstation 3100 running X11R4.  Is there
  13. any way keep xdm from generating a new magic cookie string every
  14. time I login?  I would like to be able to use the same cookies over and
  15. over again from clients on remote systems.  As it is now I have to copy 
  16. the new .Xauthority entries to the remote systems every time I log
  17. into my server machine.  I am new to xdm and don't have much
  18. documentation.
