  12. Sounds like a memory conflict.  First strip down your config.sys and
  13. autoexec.bat to virtually nothing.  Then start by moving DOS to high
  14. memory (especially watch the EMM386), adding back you TSR one by one,
  15. etc. going back to windows after each change to test it.
