  24. When SCAN is run in the presence of certain other anti-viral programs,
  25. such as Central Point Anti Virus, it can erroneously report the presence
  26. of viruses because if the other program uses the same piece of code SCAN
  27. does to detect the virus but does not hide that code in memory.
