- the software don't know where their printers are (what device name),
- if that's the case then how exactly will they create symlinks to them?

- There's a very funny (as in funny-strange) information theoretic
- paradox going on here somewhere: If you don't know the name of file
- then just symlink a known name to it and the problem is solved!
