  17.     Government hassle, not legal hassle. The EFCDROM had the sources
  18. for "crack", which included a fast DES implementation. Unfortunately,
  19. that made the EFCDROM a munition and unexportable. I believe that another
  20. version without the deadly weaponry ;) was pressed.
