  26. What version of ULTRIX are you running?  It sounds like you're running
  27. a version that used xcons to catch console messages and now you have
  28. xcons turned off.  In V4.2 these things were caught by the session
  29. manager (dxsession).  I think in V4.2A or V4.3 they were caught by
  30. xcons.  I don't have a system handy that is using xcons, so I don't
  31. what you want to change.
