  16. There are probably millions more PCs at home that run DOS than there are
  17. home computers running *all* other OSes.  (And yes, that "millions" is
  18. intended to be taken literally.)

  20. I suspect that without the ability to run DOS and Windows applications,
  21. UNIX would, at best, be a niche player, just as the Amiga is, at least
  22. in the US, as far as I know.
