- When in vi, and I say "!}fmt" (and similar), I get messages embedded
- in my text saying "stty: TCGETS: Operation not supported on socket".
- My understanding is that these are due to my shell trying to output
- a prompt string and that the solution, if I were using csh, would
- be as described in section 2.7 of the FAQ.

- My question: I use ksh. Anybody know the solution?
