  13. How can I prevent being prompted to add new newsgroups to my .newsrc when I 
  14. start rn. Over the years, I have never decided to read these newsgroups, but
  15. spend considerable time answering "n" to each and deleting them with a "!" 
  16. character from my .newsrc file.
