  13. My question is:  is there any improvement on vectorized dot-product operation 
  14. new model on Cray C-90.  On Cray Y-MP, dot-product is not as good as Saxpy. 
  15. Is it still true on Cray C-90? 
  16. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
