- Hi again.
-
- I received some nice help via email to my latest problem with ps not
- running with -aux anymore after I put in a Cyrix NDP recently (it
- died with Floating Point exception.) I found the patch in Terry's
- patchkit (patch 36), applied it, and rebuilt ps. I also rebuilt
- libutil.a, as was suggested by Andrew Moore (alm@netcom.com). He
- also suggested I needed to remake some mk_db something or other
- (there's a 'database' file that gets built during booting(?) some-
- where in the filesystem. I've seen it before, but don't remember now
- the path for it. I am at a loss to understand how to rebuild this
- file, should I need to.
-
- BTW, ps -aux works now.
