  12.      I have the problem with installation XFree86 in 386BSD.
  13. I have Diamond SpeedStar 24. (in specification list  DSS + SIERRA
  14. HIcolor, label in the chip -- Diamond SpeedStar 24, BTW is it the
  15. same) 
  16.     There is a note in README  file that this board does  support
  17. XFree86. Does it mean I can't run XFree in any case, even at
  18. least black and white or some kind of generic VGA.
  19.      Is it possible for a usual person (not UNIX hacker) to
  20. install XFree. Or should I understand internal structure  and
  21. read all 11 volumes? I only want to USE it and even not write
  22. programs for it.
  23.      The version Xfree I got three days ago from
  24. agate.berkeley.edu /pub/386BSD/0.1-ports.
  25.      Will I have the same problem with Linix? (becasue Xfree is
  26. the same for both of them).

  35. untar all files
  36. cd /usr/X386/lib/X11
  37. # read all files in this directory and understood less then half
  38. # of them. I am not UNIX expert just would like to have it with

  41. shutdown -r now
