  20. the reason that i ask is that i've noticed the UCB has occasionally
  21. had trouble routing to ref (and TFS in general), and TFS is sitting
  22. directly off UCB, i believe, on BARRNet...

  24. BARRNet's had a bunch of routing problems lately...
