  12. I dont seem to be able to mail or otherwise ref.tfs.com

  14. It seems that packets for ref.tfs.com from Pipex (and presumably, anyone
  15. on the AlterNet too) get continually bounced between the following two
  16. routers :-

  19.         ENSS136.t3.NSF.NET
  20.  
  21. Perhaps Julian could look into this?
