  14. Has anyone else encountered problems with a 1.0G Macinstor Third Party Drive
  15. in a Quadra 950, running A/UX 3.0?

  17. A/UX 3.0 installs with no problem, but when you go to launch A/UX, it replies
  18. with "panic: no root file system".

  20. I contacted APPLE A/UX support and they told me that yes, there was a
  21. problem if the drive is a DEC DSP3105S.  Sure enough, that is what it is.

  23. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be great demand to have A/UX 
  24. engineering work on this problem.
