- Has IBM, in any recent versions of AIX 3.2 or in any PTFs,
- added to their networking code the patch by Van Jacobson to make
- 4.3BSD networking code treat RAW IP sockets as really RAW (ie, if
- a full IP packet is passed to the socket, it just sends it along
- instead of encapsulating it) that is required for his traceroute
- program to work? (This code is supposed to be in 4.4BSD)
