  13. I have an IBM clone 386/20 running AT&T Unix 5.3.2. The box has 160 MG
  14. unix partition on the ESDI disk and a WD controller. Things work
  15. okay until I do a heavy cpio (such as installing a network software
  16. or copying a 10 mg dir tree), when the system halts with the message:

  18. System Error:    Controller Stays Busy
  19.         Panic: dumping 1952 pages
  20.  
  21. Can any one provide me a pointer as to what might be cooking?
