  14. Can't say much about Xenix and Cybernetics, but have had trouble with
  15. that product on another operating system.  It seems to be an on-off
  16. type problem.  Tried backing up a system - fails at various points
  17. and completes it successfully at other times.  No problem in
  18. restores -- always on writing to tape.  Fax'ed them a detailed 
  19. report.   They were stumped - so they said - and asked for the drive
  20. to be returned.  Unfortunately I can't do that.  This has happened
  21. on about 16 drives connected to 6 different systems.  Am not real
  22. happy with the system or their response.
