  11. I would greatly appreciate if somebody can suggest a solution to the following
  12. problem in Latex.

  14.     I have figure which can fit in one page. I don't want the page number to appear on the page of figure. I tried \thispagestyle{empty} inside the 
  15. figure, but the Latex is removing the page number of the previous page
  16. presumably because the figure is a floating object. Is there any foolproof way 
  17. making the page number of a figure disappear?
