  13. Hello NetPeople:

  15. I am working on a document which has one section which requires a LOT of
  16. footnotes.  However, on the last page of that section, the final footnote
  17. runs into the next section, so I'm forced to put a \newpage after that
  18. section to get those footnotes off the bottom of the first page of the next
  19. section where they don't belong.  The problem is, now that straggling
  20. footnote is on a page by itself all the way down at the bottom of the
  21. page.  What I would like to do is move that footnote up near the top of
  22. that blank page.  At least this wouldn't look so odd.  I tried playing with
  23. Latex's \pagecontents \def, but I couldn't get anything to work.
