- I'm running into the same problem. I have the following tags set up
- in each chapter:
-
- ChapterNumber: R:<n+>< >< >
- TableCaption: R:<n>-<n+>< >
- FigureCaption: R:<n>-< ><n+>
-
- ChapterNumber appears at the beginning of each chapter. Since I
- don't actually want the chapter number to show up by itself on the
- page, the text is set to color white.
-
- I have a book set up with generated files Table of Contents, List of
- Tables, List of Figures, followed by 16 chapters and 1 appendix. In
- the book, I have set up chapter 1 so that page numbering and
- paragraph numbering reset; all following chapters are set up so that
- page numbering is reset and paragraph numbering continues. I have
- tried this with small subsets and it occasionally works that way,
- but when I get the whole book together, no dice. All chapters are
- chapter 1. Now I can't even get small samples to work.
-
- This is occurring with Windows FrameMaker 3.0p2 and with Macintosh
- FrameMaker 3.0. Help!
