  23. I'm running into the same problem.  I have the following tags set up
  24. in each chapter:

  26. ChapterNumber: R:<n+>< >< >
  27. TableCaption:  R:<n>-<n+>< >
  28. FigureCaption: R:<n>-< ><n+>

  30. ChapterNumber appears at the beginning of each chapter.  Since I
  31. don't actually want the chapter number to show up by itself on the
  32. page, the text is set to color white.

  34. I have a book set up with generated files Table of Contents, List of
  35. Tables, List of Figures, followed by 16 chapters and 1 appendix.  In
  36. the book, I have set up chapter 1 so that page numbering and
  37. paragraph numbering reset; all following chapters are set up so that
  38. page numbering is reset and paragraph numbering continues.  I have
  39. tried this with small subsets and it occasionally works that way,
  40. but when I get the whole book together, no dice.  All chapters are
  41. chapter 1.  Now I can't even get small samples to work.

  43. This is occurring with Windows FrameMaker 3.0p2 and with Macintosh
  44. FrameMaker 3.0.  Help!
