- My father-in-law has a need to convert some files used by a Brother
- Electronic Office Typewriter (EM-1000 and EM-701fx) and WordStar in to a
- format that can be used by Word Perfect for a client. I have hacked
- together a basic translation for the WordStar format, but something with a
- little more thought into it would be great. I haven't even been able to get
- the Brother's diskette (3.5in) to read in (I'm trying to mount it using PCFS
- on a Sun SPARC), so I'm assuming it's not in DOS format. Anybody have
- solutions better than printing the whole document off and running it through
- an OCR scanner?
