  20. If you want tabular layout, the best choice would be to use tbl. That way
  21. you can have column headers that are repeated if the table spans across a
  22. page boundary.

  24. I suppose you could get the mm macro package's .VL list macro to do want you
  25. want, if you really want to do it the hard way.
