  14.   I also have a problem with 955 and 956. Is it normal for these
  15. terminals to communicate with modems only when the carrier detect (CD)
  16. is on? 
  17. My terminals don't seem to show any characters when the CD on modem is off.
  18. Is this a hardware problem? Or did I set some thing wrong in the setup?
