  10.      I have a Pericom Monterey MG 200 terminal which I use in
  11.   vt220 mode. When I down-line load characters, I've only been
  12.   able to define the part of the character which is above the
  13.   baseline, i.e. I haven't been able to define p or g.

  15.   I've used the following sequence for defining ! as filled
  16.   block:

  18.      ESC P 0 ; 1 ; 1 ; 0 ; 0 ; 0 { U ~~~~~~~/~~~~~~~ ESC \

  20.   This results in a filled block above the baseline, and empty
  21.   beneath.

  23.   How should I do to define my characters also beneath
  24.   the baseline (using vt220 control sequences) ?
