- It seems that I took out my frustration form the whole week, on Zenith
- and the Zenith BBS last Friday evening. It's true that Zenith shipped
- me the wrong Laptop (although it had the part no. of the machine that I
- ordered on it). The problem was it was Friday evening and there was no
- way to resolve it, except maybe their BBS where I ordered the used
- Laptop. I got in to the BBS and it would not take my pw. Talking to
- the sysop today, I found out that I used CAPS when I selected my pw and
- the pw's are case sensitive. After that attempt with the BBS, I could
- no longer get passed CONNECT when I dialed in. In talking with Fran
- ( the sysop ) today, I found out that the BBS had gone down. I guess
- Zenith and the World was not plotting against me. It was just the
- circumstances and my impatience. I had also left a message on Fran's
- tape machine Monday. She called me today (more than once) until she
- finally reached me. She told me that there is no problem returning
- the computer since it was not what I ordered. UPS will pick it up.
- Fran also told me that this was a rare occurance and that I should
- not lose my faith in Zenith. I will get a full refund, and I can
- decide if I want to reorder. Will I reorder? Well, I just don't
- know. But I have to go now, so taht I can logon to the Zenith BBS
- and check the prices. In case you don't have the # it's
