- The cua* devices are for dialing Tandy Modems. If your modem is
- even halfway close to Hayes compatible, these won't work. I don't
- believe that any 2400 Tandy-compatible modems were ever sold.

- There are two cu programs, cu and cu.s3, with slightly different
- command options. cu dials Tandy Modems only. cu.s3 can be made
- to dial Hayes-1200-compatible modems by making a link named
- /usr/lib/uucp/dial to /usr/lib/uucp/dialHAYES. Unfortunately,
- Hayes 2400 modems are not Hayes-1200-compatible.

- I think you're best off treating the modem as a direct line, and
- typing the ATDT command to the modem yourself.
