  22. 2) they want to leave themselves lots of time to back out of the whole
  23. OSF thing if it blows up in their face (and if no one else jumps on
  24. the bandwagon, I'd count that as a blowup)
  25. 3) they don't want to do like everyone else does and announce a date
  26. and then have to miss it cause they cant get done in time
