- 1) they don't know themselves
- 2) they want to leave themselves lots of time to back out of the whole
- OSF thing if it blows up in their face (and if no one else jumps on
- the bandwagon, I'd count that as a blowup)
- 3) they don't want to do like everyone else does and announce a date
- and then have to miss it cause they cant get done in time
