  16. Sparc10 is supposed to be capable of 16 bit (Stereo?) sound.  But the AD-DA
  17. converter provided by the vendor is very noisy.  I cannot think of using it
  18. for recording from sources such as CD, or for making tape recordings of music
  19. synthesized by such programs as Csound.

  21. Can anyone give advice on how to record in high fidelity to and from the
  22. Sparc10?  Is there a way of writing directly sound (music) into audio DAT
  23. tape?  Can one copy tracks of a regular audio CD from CD-ROM onto the hard
  24. disc as audio files?
