  18. I've done this.  The _only_ problem I've had so far is that I no longer get
  19. the nifty color logo from my GX board that I used to.  I suspect replacing
  20. the boot PROM with a genuine Sun boot PROM would fix this "problem".

  22. The motherboard is supposed to be trace-for-trace compatible with a real
  23. SS2 motherboard, and the design is licensed from Sun, I believe.

  25. I wonder what SWS is doing with all those SS1 motherboards...
