  24. After you have installed memory you must do the following:
  25. At the ok prompt

  27. ok setenv selftest-#megs X (X for memory size)
  28. ok show selftest-#megs
  29. ok test-memory

  31. If the memorytest fails you will see:

  33. Bad memory: Data test:
  34. Try Changing Uxxxx

  36. The number Uxxxx refers to the number on the socket. You will have to open 
  37. the IPC and look which number it is.

  43. Last time I bought RAM for my IPC, I got it from a local PC-shop.
