  11. We have an account called 'field' which needs to run sundiag if needed.
  12. We set the setuid bit but still they cannot run that.

  14. They go to /usr/diag/sundiag and run the program, the response is:
  15. execlp(probe): No such file or directory
  16.  
  17. Sundiag: Starting probing routine, please wait...
  18. Sundiag: failed probing system configuration!
  19.

  22. But 'probe' is in that directory and '.' is in the path.

  24. When I read the man pages for sundiag, it says I have to be root to run it.

  26. I like to know what can I set or do so maintenance people can run this
  27. program without being a root.
