    It looks like IRIX 4.0.5 nlist() now returns n_type if found and
    0 if not instead of the pre-4.0.5 IRIX versions which were
    returning n_type + 1 if found and n_type otherwise.

    If this is the case, how can I tell the pre-compiler to
    make the distinction?
