  13. To accompany the very useful blas library provided
  14. with the operating system, is there also a special
  15. version of ilaenv.f from LAPACK, or should I use
  16. the generic version?   (With the generic version,
  17. the block version of LAPACK routines are used with
  18. matrices larger than 32 or 64 rows/columns.)
