- I'm not asking you to "guess" or fix our problems - I'm merely
- saying that we do have them. We've been having them for the
- past three years and probably before that. For much of that
- time we were on full or basic support, and no SGI field engineer
- or hotline person has been able to eliminate the problems in
- spite of having all the details and hands-on access.

- I'll leave it to you to argue whether that reflects more on
- the SGI support staff or the state of the SCSI. The fact is that
- I remain a dissatisfied customer.
