  22.   I'm not asking you to "guess" or fix our problems - I'm merely 
  23.   saying that we do have them.  We've been having them for the
  24.   past three years and probably before that. For much of that
  25.   time we were on full or basic support, and no SGI field engineer
  26.   or hotline person has been able to eliminate the problems in 
  27.   spite of having all the details and hands-on access.

  29.   I'll leave it to you to argue whether that reflects more on 
  30.   the SGI support staff or the state of the SCSI. The fact is that 
  31.   I remain a dissatisfied customer.
