- I believe that process blocking occurs only when a GL call is made
- to the same GL context after swapbuffers() is called. Thus a single
- process can render and swap multiple windows at the full frame rate,
- but will stall if it attempts to render to a window that has been
- posted for a swap, but not yet swapped.
