- The trouble is that a file in your /usr/spool/mqueue has been corrupted
- and appears to be a "FIFO". The new version of sendmail defends itself
- against such problems. (Previous versions would just lock up trying to
- read from the pipe.)

- The fix is to remove any non-files in /usr/spool/mqueue.
