  27. The trouble is that a file in your /usr/spool/mqueue has been corrupted
  28. and appears to be a "FIFO".  The new version of sendmail defends itself
  29. against such problems.  (Previous versions would just lock up trying to
  30. read from the pipe.)

  32. The fix is to remove any non-files in /usr/spool/mqueue.
