  26. I can't say whether a person in the U.S. Government wants to "develop 
  27. the use of PHIGS and GKS."  I also can't say if a person at SGI is 
  28. "searching for a PHIGS to put on top of its GL library".  
  29.  
  30. I can say, however, that Template Graphics Software has been delivering 
  31. FIGARO+, our enhanced implementation of the ISO/ANSI PHIGS standard 
  32. with both C and FORTRAN bindings, on top of GL for years.  In fact, if 
  33. you order PHIGS from SGI, you get FIGARO+.
  34.  
  35. By the way, we also deliver FIGraph, our charting and graphing two-call
  36. toolkit, and FIGt, our intrinsic toolkit for PHIGS/PEX, on top of GL.
